About BrokerOS

Built in Canada, for how Canadian brokers actually work

BrokerOS is a mortgage platform from Edmonton, Alberta. We build for the broker workflow that generic CRMs ignore: GDS/TDS and the stress test, document chase, lender fit, provincial compliance, CASL-conscious outreach, and the dozen small jobs between a first call and a funded file.

Why BrokerOS exists

Most brokers run their business across five or more disconnected tools — spreadsheets for ratios, a generic CRM for names, email threads for documents, and side calculators for everything else. Every handoff between tools is a place where a deal slows down or a follow-up gets dropped. BrokerOS collapses that stack into one system where documents, math, communications, and compliance share the same client file.

What we build

  • AI document intake — paystubs, bureaus, bank statements, IDs, and PDFs into structured data
  • Canadian qualification math — GDS/TDS/LTV with the stress test built in
  • Lender matching with a structured fit narrative, not just a rate sheet
  • Client portal, e-signing, video meetings, SMS, and AI voice assistants
  • Province-aware compliance packages and audit trails
  • Renewals, database farming, and marketing automation tied to real pipeline stages

Who it's for

Licensed mortgage brokers, agents, and brokerages across Canada — from solo brokers who want one login instead of five tabs, to teams that need shared visibility without losing custody of their deals. Pricing is simple: $149 CAD per user per month, all features included.

Security and trust

Mortgage files are sensitive by definition. BrokerOS is multi-tenant by design with modern access controls, encrypted infrastructure, and a privacy policy that spells out exactly how client and integration data (including Google and Microsoft user data) is handled. AI features have a job description — chasing documents and drafting outreach — not black-box decision-making.
