What is BrokerOS?

BrokerOS is an AI-powered mortgage command center built specifically for Canadian mortgage brokers. It helps you manage clients, applications, documents, lender matching, and communications in one place.

How do I add a new client?

Go to Clients in the sidebar, then click "Add Client" or "+ New Client". Fill in the client's information. You can also add clients when creating a new loan application.

How do I create a loan application?

Click "+ New Loan Application" in the sidebar or go to Applications and create a new application. Link it to an existing client or create a new one. You can then add documents, run calculations, and submit to lenders.

How does the AI document analysis work?

BrokerOS uses AI to extract data from bank statements, pay stubs, tax documents, and other files. Upload documents in the application or document organizer, and the system will parse and categorize them automatically.

How do I connect integrations (Finmo, DocuSeal, etc.)?

Go to Settings → Integrations. From there you can connect Finmo, DocuSeal, Nylas (email/calendar), Telnyx (phone), and other services. Follow the setup instructions for each integration.

How do I report a bug or get support?

Use the support widget (chat icon in the bottom-right corner when logged in), or go to Account Settings → Help & Support → Submit Support Ticket. You can also visit the Help page to track your tickets.

Where can I manage my subscription and billing?

Go to Account Settings. The subscription section shows your plan, trial status, and billing. You can manage your subscription and add credits there.
